Shipping Policy — THE NOX

Prepaid Orders

  • Dispatch Time: All prepaid orders are shipped within 48 hours.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Pre-Order Items: Products available on a pre-order basis will have their estimated shipping time mentioned under the product description.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days.

  • Refund Deduction: For returned products, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Dispatch Time: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: A ₹150 non-refundable shipping charge applies to all COD orders and will be added at checkout.

  • Refund Deduction: For product returns, an additional ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, along with the non-refundable shipping charge.

International Orders

  • Shipping Charges: Applied at actual rates.

  • Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be paid by the customer.
