INCORRECT ITEM AND ISSUES:

In the rare event that your order arrives with a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure eligibility for a return or exchange, we require a complete, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel, product details, and any discrepancies upon opening. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window or without valid proof will not be considered.

Reverse Pickup Process

We offer reverse pickup for eligible returns or exchanges.

Please note that only one reverse pickup will be arranged per order.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

In rare cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.
Important:
This product is eligible for return only if the original seal tag remains intact. Items returned without the seal tag, or with the tag removed or tampered with, will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24–48 hours of approval, please contact us so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners. Pickup delays in certain areas may occur due to factors beyond our control.
If we are not informed and the 7-day return/exchange window expires, we may be unable to process your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Payment Refund Details

For product returns, an additional ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, along with the non-refundable shipping charges.
Note:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48–72 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
